Deadlines & Requirements
- Entry deadline: 1 May 2027 — late entries subject to availability
- Entry fee: €65 per player — mandatory, includes ESF ranking fee (€6) + handouts
- Hotel packages are optional; entry fee is the only mandatory payment
- Meal package (€75) can be added independently of hotel booking
- Triple rooms are not available for this event
- Airport transfer included in all hotel packages (by arrangement)
- Official invitation with final pricing will be sent by ESF
- Arrival instructions & WhatsApp group details sent before the event
